Easyjet criticism of Luton Council continues

I am glad to see that Easyjet are keeping the pressure on Labour controlled Luton Council by placing critical adds in Luton papers, emploring them to intervene in the issue over airport fees that risks costing Luton jobs.
Last week I joined in a demonstration to show my support for Easyjet staff whom's jobs are under threat because airport fees are too high. Bizarrely the council announced that 'there was nothing they could do' wich is somewhat odd given that the COUNCIL OWNS THE AIPORT and that fees from every person flying through the airport go towards subsidising Luton's council tax. It is outrageous that council leaders should try and absolve themselves of responsibility like that!
