It was great to catch up with Katie Gilbert, founder of Evesham Noticeboard and Bright Ideas, to hear about her fantastic new initiative, the Love Local Discounts card.
I’ve now signed up for the scheme, which gives residents across Evesham, Pershore and Broadway access to exclusive offers from local shops and businesses. It’s a brilliant way to support our high streets while helping people save money on everyday spending.
During the visit, we also stopped by Lawrence’s Bakery, one of the businesses participating in the scheme, and dropped in to see the team at Bradfords Carpets, Flooring & Beds.
Katie and her team are doing fantastic work, not only through this initiative but also by supporting local businesses with marketing advice and social media workshops through Bright Ideas.
