In today’s debate in the UK House of Commons , I congratulated some amazing constituents who represented us in the Olympics and Paralympics this year! 
Well done to Matt Richards, Matt Skelhon, Issy Bailey, Rebecca Redfern, and Matthew Redfern – their incredible achievements have made us all proud! 
Let’s not take sport for granted. Continued funding is crucial, and I’m grateful to UK Sport, Sport England, and all governing bodies for their vital support.
