The Right Honourable Theresa May MP, Home Secretary, visited Broadway, Worcestershire on Tuesday 25th March and held a Question & Answer session with local residents at the Lygon Arms Hotel.
We had a fascinating and lively discussion on subjects ranging from Badger culling to immigration and the upcoming Scottish referendum.
Theresa charmed and impressed everyone who attended. She is a star performer and we are fortunate to have someone of her calibre as Home Secretary.
Theresa May said: “I was delighted to visit Broadway to meet local Conservative activists and to support Nigel Huddleston in his campaign to succeed Sir Peter Luff as the next Member of Parliament for Mid Worcestershire.”
“Peter has been an excellent MP and I’m sorry to see him go, but it is clear that the local residents who came to the open primary in November made a great choice in Nigel Huddleston – and I look forward to seeing him in Parliament next year.”
