Over the Bank Holiday weekend, I had the pleasure of joining local residents, visitors, and boaters at the St. Richard’s Canal Festival in Droitwich. It was a fantastic celebration of our town’s heritage, community spirit, and waterways.
From live music and a real ale bar to a market of local traders, the festival offered something for everyone across all four days. Vines Park was full of life, with classic and vintage cars, beautifully decorated boats, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
My thanks go to the organisers, volunteers, and the Droitwich Waterways (Pamela May) Trust for putting together such a well-run and enjoyable event.
