Visiting Müller

Nigel

It was a pleasure to visit the Müller site in Droitwich - one of the area’s largest employers and a key part of the UK’s dairy supply chain. I had the opportunity to tour the facility, meet some of the team, and hear more about their work, operations, and future plans.

Müller plays a vital role not just in the local economy, but nationally too. I was fascinated to learn that Müller produces enough milk across the UK to make 66 billion cups of tea a year - a remarkable statistic that really puts into perspective the scale of their operations.

I’m grateful to the Müller team for their warm welcome and for the insight they provided into their work here in Droitwich.

As ever, I’m proud to support local businesses and major employers who contribute so much to our community and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who joined my coffee morning and Q&A with local councillors Dan, Seb and Richard. We covered a wide range of local issues - from The Raven redevelopment and solar farms to planning concerns, the move towards unitary councils, and even allergy policies in schools.
