It was a pleasure to meet with the West Mercia Police Federation this week to discuss poignant topics especially around the current levels of morale and mental wellbeing within West Mercia Police.
I am pleased to have a good working relationship with John Campion 4 West Mercia Police & Crime Commissioner and I will of course work with both parties to ensure those who work within the police especially within Droitwich & Evesham get the support they need to do the job in hand
