I joined Sir Peter Luff MP and other local supporters to wave goodbye to the 8 cyclists who started their journey from Evesham Bell Tower to Big Ben (and back) on Saturday morning – kicking off the beginning of Evesham Cyclefest.
I was disappointed to hear that the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government has allowed the appeal cases of two very large housing developments at Yew Tree Hill (on the southern end of Droitwich Spa) and Long Marston (on the borders of Warwickshire) to go ahead.
My children and I enjoyed the Cropthorne Walkabout last week. The sun was shining and we had a great time having a good look around some beautiful gardens (I had considerable garden envy at the end of the day). Put 3rd and 4th May 2015 in your diary now if you want to attend next year.
