Many Worcestershire residents might already know that Great Western Railway has opened applications for local community groups and residents to bid for a share of more than £3 million to improve and support villages and towns along their train routes.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with West Mercia Police as part of #giveadaytopolicing, where I joined PCs Sarah Kent and Richard Rees on their patrol around Droitwich to see first-hand how they are helping keeping residents safe.
Yesterday I paid a visit to Lloyds Bank in Droitwich Spa to discuss fraud protection, small business services and a wide range of banking matters, and to learn more about how they are helping to protect vulnerable customers from falling victim to fraud and scams.
On Friday afternoon I had the please of visiting Gloverspiece Minifarm School near Droitwich Spa, where I joined pupils and parents for the end of year celebrations. It was a wonderful occasion enjoyed by all.
