I very much enjoyed visiting the Droitwich Spa and Rural branch of the Council for Voluntary Services (CVS) last week to find out more about the services and projects being offered there.
I was given a tour of the building, met the staff, volunteers and trustees and spoke to current students about their experiences through high school and about why they chose to enrol in the CVS’ traineeship programme.
Pauline Yardley, the CVS’ head of finance and contracts, said “A lively discussion took place which was greatly enjoyed by our students and Nigel.”
