In his role as the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Mid Worcestershire MP Nigel Huddleston opened the debate on the Finance (No. 2) Bill which follows the Spring Budget and builds on the National Insurance cuts. The Bill will create greater reward for work, improve the tax system by closing further loopholes, and boost the housing system.
